As a new, or existing, Sportron Marketing Associate you can now activate your own, personalised, Sportron website.
In the constantly changing business environment one of the most effective, efficient and powerful marketing and networking tools a business can have is a professional website.
Not just a website with a few details about what you do and how to get hold of you, but a powerful online tool that help you manage and run your business, at the same time as marketing your products and services.
Sportron MySites are just that, an online tool that will help you manage and improve many areas of your Sportron business

What is a MySite?
A MySite is your own personal version of the Sportron website.
Do I have to be a Sportron Marketing Associate to have a MySite?
What can I do with a MySite?
Your MySite will allow you to market yourself online as a Sportron MA. MySite features include:
- Information on Sportron business opportunities and other rich content
- Full Sportron product catalogue
- Online sales (eCommerce enabled)
- Online enrolment (Sign up of new MA’s to your network)
- Assign Enroller, Upline and Assisted By to newly signed up MA’s
- Add your own personalised content and contact information to your MySite
How do I activate a MySite?
Simply go to Login from the main menu and complete the authentication process. On completion of the authentication process, you will be asked if you would like to activate a MySite.
What website address (URL) can I use for a MySite?
When activating your MySite you will be asked to select your default website address from the options generated by the system from your first name and surname (e.g.
http://firstnamesurname.sportron.co.za). You may also request a custom website address, which will need to be approved by Sportron Head Office. If your custom website address is approved you will be notified via email and your website address will be updated with your custom website address.
What is a custom website address (URL)?
If you do not want to use any of the default options that the system generates based on you first name and surname you may choose a custom website address (URL). Custom URLs will need to be approved by Sportron on an individual basis. Sportron reserves the right to decline any custom URLs that we do not deem appropriate.
Please do not request any URLs that include:
- Variations of you name
- Sportron product names
- Competitor names or product names
- Ailments or conditions
- Blank spaces
- Special characters such as: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + and so on…
Tip: Try and keep your custom URL short and easy to remember.
What does a MySite Cost?
Your MySite will cost you R200.00 incl. VAT per month. You will be billed upon activation of your MySite and then monthly on the anniversary date, or closest working day.
Do I have to organise hosting for my MySite?
No, hosting is included in the monthly cost of your MySite.
Are there any other costs involved in having a MySite?
There are no additional costs involved in having a MySite. You will of course need a PC and access to the internet.
I don’t have access to the internet, will Sportron supply me with access?
Sportron will not be providing internet connectivity in any form. We suggest that you approach one of the many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) who would be able to advise you on what internet connectivity would be best for you.
How will I be charged for the MySite?
Your MySite monthly charge of R200.00 incl. VAT will be debited off your bank account or credit card, as per your original Sportron Enrolment Form. MySites will be charged for monthly on the anniversary date of the activation of your MySite.
Can I deactivate my MySite?
Yes, you will be able to de-activate or cancel your MySite. Once deactivated your MySite will remain active until the next automatic billing run. At the next monthly billing run you will not be charged and your MySite will be deactivated.
What is the once-off R100.00 rebate?
You will receive R100.00 once-off rebate for each MySite Activated via your MySite.
How are products sold from my MySite delivered?
All products sold directly to the public off your MySite will be delivered on your behalf by Sportron Head Office.
Who gets the rebates for products sold from my MySite?
All rebates for products sold from your MySite will be allocated to you.
Do I get an email account with a MySite?
Currently we are not offering email accounts, but we are in negotiations with a service provider who will be able to manage this service on our behalf.
Why do I have to have an email address to get a MySite?
All communications, alerts and notifications from your MySite will be sent via email so an active email address is a necessity.
How do I add my own content to my MySite?
Once logged into your MySite you will see an option to ‘Manage’ your MySite. This link will take you to the MySite Manager. From the MySite Manager you will be able to add content to certain areas of your MySite.
What is the MySite Manager?
The ‘MySite Manager’ is the private section of your MySite that you will be able to login to in order to manage your MySite.
Where do I find the MySite Manager?
Once logged into your MySite via the ‘Login’ option, on the right of the blue main navigation bar, you will see a button that says ‘Manage’ by clicking this button you will be taken to the ‘MySite Manager’.
Where can I add content on my MySite?
You will be able to add your own content to the following sections of your MySite:
- About Sportron
- Business Opportunity
- Contact Us
- Financial Success Stories:

How do I know if someone has Signed-Up as an MA on my MySite?
You will be notified via email of any new Sign-Ups off your MySite. You will then be able to login to your MySite Manager to assign ‘Enroller’, ‘Upline’ and ‘Assisted By’ to the new enrolee.
How do I assign ‘Enroller’, ‘Upline’ and ‘Assisted By’ to newly signed-up MA’s off my Mysite?
You will be notified via email of any new Sign-Ups off your MySite. You will then be able to login to your MySite Manager to assign ‘Enroller’, ‘Upline’ and ‘Assisted By’ to the new enrolee.
How do MA’s place orders on a MySite?
MA’s currently cannot order products via their MySites.
MySites are not intended for MA ordering. MA ordering will be a custom module added to the MySite Manager in the not too distant future.
How do I see how many people have visited my MySite?
Login to your MySite Manager and got to ‘Reports & Vetting’, then select ‘Page Views’.
